Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that shipping to certain countries may be restricted due to ongoing conflicts or government mandates. Orders shipping to restricted regions are subject to cancellation. International orders are also subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly from the link provided in that email.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included with any order by default. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us after placing your order and we will arrange it for you.
Shipping Restrictions
We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order and backorder items will ship when all items in your order are ready. Please refer to the individual product listing for detailed estimated shipping timelines.
Damaged or Lost Packages
